INTRODUCTION
The activities of the Starwink Foundation ‘Art and poetry for children and young people with fewer opportunities’ are carried out entirely by volunteers from 2007 until present. Working with children and (young) ciztizens with fewer opportunities through art and poetry can have a positive impact on actively involved citizenship and a sense of responsibility for fellow human beings.
GUIDING PRINCIPLES
Purpose and content
Former policy plans were written, revised and published on the website in 2007, 2014 and 2018 with a view to generating funds for the Starwink Foundation ‘Art for children and young people with fewer opportunities’. The overall objectives. Starwink ‘Art for children and young people with fewer opportunities’ attempts to realise the core objective, as formulated above, in actual projects. In addition, the vision plays an important role in determining the objectives of Starwink ‘Art for children and young people with fewer opportunities’. All financial statements have been processed and archived and can be requested.
General objective
To create greater understanding and support in our global society.
The income of the Starwink ‘Art for children and young people with fewer opportunities’ foundation benefited individual children and young people with fewer opportunities, worldwide, through a scholarship, vocational training and/or setting up a small-scale business. That is what the Starwink Foundation ‘Art for children and young people with fewer opportunities’ is working on. Because children and young people are at the basis of a global coexistence in peace and joy. They make our world colourful and give our existence more dimensions if we have an eye for them.
Specific objectives
From 2007 until 2021 Starwink organised small-scale art projects for children and youth with fewer opportunities.
From 2007 until 2021 Starwink created public awareness and raise donors for the issues of children and youth with fewer opportunities.
From 2013 until 2017 Starwink organised writing sessions with friends on 10 December, International Day to write for rights

The assets of the foundation archived in 2021 consist of: legacy founder and project coordinator C.W. (Cora) Westerink, 1965, Sprang-Capelle.
