Mayors

Dear reader of this blog, Welcome to my digital living room, here on WordPress. Since Roy Timmermans deleted my police file regarding my former boss in December 2020, my digital front door can no longer be locked, and my personal information and digital identity are being systematically abused by anonymous cyberstalking citizens. Therefore, I am writing letters, such as the one below, to the mayors of five cities.

Mr. P. Depla, Mayor of Breda, Ms. C. Schouten, Mayor of Rotterdam, Mr. J. van Zanen, Mayor of The Hague

Subject: Call for Public Support to Protect Digital Whistleblowers — Levelt Cyber Council, Human Rights Councils, and Combating Administrative Violence

Dear Mayors,

Your joint position paper from February 2025 on tackling subversion and organized crime demonstrates vision and urgency. You rightly recognize the danger of rogue networks operating through legal structures and advocate for stronger oversight and gatekeepers.

Against this backdrop, I address you with an urgent concern: in the Netherlands, a peaceful citizen advocating for governmental transparency, digital security, and human rights is being aggressively targeted through criminal proceedings, detention, administrative harassment, and digital sabotage.

This citizen is the undersigned. I appeal to you with the following concrete requests.

1. Since January 2022: Peaceful Advocacy for Local Human Rights Councils

Since early 2022, I have been openly and peacefully advocating for the establishment of local human rights councils in Dutch municipalities. These councils would empower citizens to report human rights violations, digital attacks, and socio-administrative injustices within their own neighborhood structures.

These councils would include:

  • Spaces for prayer and reflection for spiritual recovery;
  • Accessible cyber bureaus for residents, where victims of identity fraud, doxxing, or digital exclusion can seek help;
  • Bridges between communities and a resilient government.

2. Tilburg’s Response: Criminal Cases and Administrative Humiliation

Instead of dialogue or consultation, my peaceful advocacy was met with false criminal charges from the Tilburg municipal government, led by former alderman Marcelle Hendrickx.

The repression went even further.

In December 2022, one of many so-called ‘art manifestations’ took place in Tilburg. This event featured a black latex glove sculpture with raised middle fingers — displayed in public space, surrounded by cassette tapes. The gloves were a direct, cynical reference to my earlier reports of intimidation and sexually suggestive remarks. They were an explicit provocation targeting my religious background and part of a broader, cultivated administrative culture of covert bullying and symbolic, semiotic humiliation. My cultural expressions about the

meaning of music have been mocked in various ways for years, including in this December 2022 display.

3. Criminal Protection for Perpetrators, Prosecution for Whistleblowers

In the same administrative culture:

  • Amarant managers guilty of fraud and violence remained untouchable by criminal prosecution;
  • As a whistleblower, I was criminally prosecuted, intimidated, digitally sabotaged, and imprisoned for 103 days in PI Ter Peel — solely for critical statements and reports;
  • The Public Prosecutor’s Office of Zeeland-West Brabant continues to refuse investigations into the digital perpetrators of identity fraud, hacking, and system misuse under my name.

These are hallmarks of an organized administrative network that uses repression against citizens while evading the rule of law.

4. Concrete Steps: Stop the Abuse of Legal Means and Support the Levelt Cyber Council

Therefore, I ask you, as leaders of five major municipalities:

  1. Publicly endorse my proposal to establish an independent Levelt Cyber Council, focused on protecting whistleblowers, safeguarding digital human rights, and monitoring administrative abuse;
  2. Speak out against the injunction on June 19, 2025, filed by municipal secretary Aly van Berckel and VPT coordinator Roy Timmermans on behalf of Tilburg — funded by taxpayers to silence me and financially ruin me further;
  3. Speak out against the court hearing on August 19, 2025, based on false accusations made by Marcelle Hendrickx and Diederik Stapel in 2023;
  4. Support the call for an independent investigation into the practices of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Zeeland-West Brabant, which systematically refuses to prosecute digital crimes when they involve whistleblowers of administrative failures.

5. Join the Ethical Restoration of Government

There is an urgent need for administrative counterforce. For courageous leaders who, as you stated in your position paper, close the gate to the upper world for criminals. But this must also apply to the underworld within government offices.

I therefore ask you to use your influence and authority to end this derailment and resume the debate on digital security and human rights with compassion and respect for the rule of law.

I am happy to elaborate on this request orally or in writing if desired. You can reach me via my email address, the postal address in this registered public letter, or my work address as listed on the Chamber of Commerce website. 18087833.

6. In Closing

The complete timeline of administrative disruption and intimidation against the undersigned, from 2014 to the present (2025), including the roles of involved officials and institutions, has been meticulously documented in my various blogs. These serve as the public archive of a citizen who has fought openly for years for transparent governance, digital security, and administrative integrity.
